Community & Membership Manager
Welcomes new members, keeps readers engaged, manages the community, and encourages participation in discussions.

The Executive Book Club is a promotional and reader-engagement platform that connects authors with an active community of readers through curated book features, author spotlights, and meaningful conversations. More than a traditional reading group, we are a growing literary and book discovery community focused on connecting readers with diverse stories and fresh voices.
With a community of 15,000+ active readers across the US, UK, Australia, South and West Africa, alongside a growing global audience, we introduce members to books across a wide range of genres, helping them discover stories they may not have encountered otherwise.
At the heart of our community are our weekly virtual reader meetings, where members come together to discuss books, exchange perspectives, and explore themes, characters, and ideas in depth. These sessions create a welcoming space built around genuine connection and a shared love of storytelling.
We also host Author Spotlight sessions, giving authors the opportunity to meet readers through live, interactive discussions. These sessions allow members to learn more about the book, its inspiration, and the creative process behind it.
Before officially introducing a book to our community and recommending it to members, we host a Spotlight session with the author. This creates a more personal connection between readers and the story while making the overall reading experience more engaging.
Following each Spotlight, members can share their reviews, thoughts, and reflections, helping extend the book's visibility and encourage further engagement on platforms such as Goodreads.
Our goal is simple: to help readers discover meaningful stories while giving authors the opportunity to reach an engaged audience, receive valuable feedback, and build lasting relationships with readers.
At The Executive Book Club, stories are celebrated, conversations matter, and readers and authors connect.
Engaged readers across five continents and growing every week.
“At The Executive Book Club, stories bring us together — and the conversations they spark keep us coming back, page after page, season after season.”
